Judging: begins at 11:00 AM

Poker Run Start Time: 12:00 noon

$10 for first poker run then $5 for each additional hand.

Draw a card at each checkpoint.

The skipper with the best hand wins the pot!

Eligibility Requirements and Rules for Decoration Contest and Pirate Poker Run

Registration is open to all vessels 15 feet and under. (including kayaks, canoes)

  • Motorized dinghies must bear current registrations.

  • Number of passengers must not exceed the maximum capacity of the vessel.

  • All boats must have proper number of USCG approved PFD's and a whistle on board.

  • Safe speeds must be observed at all times. *6 MPH in Rock Hall Harbor* 

  • Must be at least 18yrs old to register and to operate vessel.

  • Participants are not allowed to throw or squirt water at non-participants such as safety boats, DNR, the Coast Guard or other non-participating recreational boaters

  • Use of balloons is prohibited as this is considered littering

  • No use of hydraulic or gas powered water pumps
